Our mission as Foster Connect is to connect volunteers to opportunities in the foster care world, connect foster faimlies to the resources that they need, and to connect foster families to other foster families, all in the community of Las Vegas, Nevada. Volunteers to Opportunities
Within the foster care system in Las Vegas there are an abundance of opportunities which Foster Connect will match with the abundance of positive role models in churches throughout Las Vegas. As Christians we have the conviction that it is our calling to care for the needs of society, and we would like to raise awareness regarding this particular need and challenge Christians to respond.

Families to Resources
To be a foster parent brings many challenges and new needs into a family. Foster Connect will provide support to Christian foster families to enable them to do their ministry as foster parents even better. This will include practical support but also emotional and spiritual support.
Families to Families
Experienced foster parents have much to offer. Thus, we will match up experienced foster parents with the less experienced. We will network foster families together so they will never feel alone, and through friendships, they can have their own support base. In addition, to further promote healthy families in Las Vegas, we will encourage Christian foster families to connect with their foster child’s biological parents in a meaningful way.
